Dedication to quality
James Pridgeon, the founder of Steel Window Design, takes pride in building the highest quality windows and doors for the Australian market. He believes that what sets his company apart from competitors is their commitment to using the highest quality hardware to complement their products. James states, "We build everything with Australian-made products where we can and where we can't, we choose the highest quality product to allow us to keep building the highest quality windows and doors." This dedication to quality shines through in every aspect of their work.
Commitment to excellence
The growth of Steel Window Design is a testament to their commitment to excellence. Starting from designing windows and doors in their living room, they have now expanded to a team of 18 to 19 people involved in manufacturing. James notes, "We deliver all our own products, we make our own products. We do as much as we can in-house. We spend a lot of time focusing on that top 5%, and it allows us to keep improving our product and stay in front of our competition." This hands-on approach enables them to continuously refine their product and maintain their competitive edge.
Enriching skill and knowledge
The culture at Steel Window Design is an integral part of their success. James describes their company as a big family, where teamwork and a supportive environment are highly valued. They have fostered a close-knit team. This positive culture has attracted talented welders and fabricators from different parts of the world, enriching the team's skills and knowledge. James explains, "Having the knowledge of someone who's seen the product before internationally gives us a little bit of edge on how to use it, how to maintain it, how to design it."
Keeping up the challenges
In the future, Steel Window Design aims to push the boundaries further and create even better products. James concludes, "We love what we do, and we want to continue challenging ourselves to innovate and deliver unparalleled quality and design in every project. Our goal is to stay at the forefront of the industry, anticipating the evolving needs of our clients and pushing the boundaries of what is possible. By leveraging our expertise, embracing technological advancements, and collaborating with visionary partners like FritsJurgens and Bellevue Architectural, we are confident that we can exceed expectations and leave a lasting impact on the world of architectural design."
